About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious Integrated Management Systems Specialist with experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001 to support our client base across Ireland and the UK. This role will support our clients’ projects by recognising compliance gaps and ensuring high standards of compliance to ISO standard are attained.

Responsibilities:

  • Risk identification & management with a strong focus on workable control measures.
  • Emergency planning & monitoring of client facilities.
  • Develop and implement Quality, Environmental & Health & Safety Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standard requirements.
  • Provide strategic leadership, direction and management of Quality, Environmental and Safety issues to the client.
  • Encourage active employee participation & teamwork through development, effective communication, good relations & continuous improvement.
  • Develop strategy plans for organisations, including implementation of contingency plans.
  • Develop and manage Integrated Management Systems, ensuring all legal compliance obligations are met.
  • Provide advice on Safety, Environmental and Quality objectives and targets that may be required by either company management systems and / or by legislation.
  • Demonstrate good leadership to include effective organisational structuring, coaching & mentoring of clients.
  • Encourage a safety culture whilst ensuring that all work undertaken on client projects complies with existing safety legislation.
  • Continuously identify & implement opportunities to improve Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety performance.
  • Coordinate and plan HSEQ audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulation and guidelines.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge of ISO Standard compliance to ISO9001; ISO14001; ISO45001; ISO50001; ISO27001
  • Experience in Implementing Management Systems to achieve client objectives and gain/maintain accreditation
  • Auditing Skills (Internal & External) e.g. Lead Auditor (CQI, IRCA qualified)
