Role Overview
The Health & Safety Manager will oversee all on-site Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities for a large data centre construction project, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements and project-specific safety plans.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the project complies with all relevant EHS legislation, standards, and internal safety management systems.

Develop construction stage plans and support the creation of method statements, risk assessments, safe plans of action, and permits to work.

Produce H&S reports, analyse safety metrics, and keep senior management informed of progress.

Conduct regular site audits and inspections, record findings, and follow up on corrective actions.

Oversee COSHH assessments and the control of hazardous substances.

Lead site safety interventions and maintain accurate documentation and statutory inspection records.

Monitor and ensure subcontractor compliance with EHS policies and procedures.

Coordinate site induction and training programmes.

Ensure appropriate PPE is available and maintained.

Assist with or lead accident investigations and communicate findings to project management.

Take a proactive approach to EHS improvement initiatives across the project.
Requirements
-
Experience working on data centre construction projects (desired).

Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related discipline.

3+ years’ experience managing EHS on large construction sites.

Strong knowledge of current EHS legislation.

Strong communication, reporting, and IT skills, with the ability to manage safety documentation and databases.

Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

Flexibility to adapt working patterns as needed.
Role Overview
The EHS Officer will support the implementation and day-to-day management of Environment, Health & Safety activities on a high-risk data center project in Stockholm. Working under the direction of the Senior EHS Advisor / EHS Lead, the role ensures compliance with legal requirements, client standards, and project EHS procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the project EHS management system

Ensure compliance with Swedish EHS legislation, EU directives, client requirements, and company policies

Conduct daily site inspections, safety observations, and audits

Review risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and permits to work

Monitor contractor EHS performance and report non-conformances
-
Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions

Deliver EHS inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
-
Maintain accurate EHS documentation, records, and site statistics
-
Support emergency preparedness, drills, and response activities
-
Promote a positive and proactive safety culture across the site
Required Qualifications
Required Experience

Previous EHS experience on data center projects (mandatory)

Experience working in construction or mission-critical environments

Good understanding of high-risk activities such as electrical works, lifting operations, work at height, and confined spaces

Construction Manager (Electrical Bias) – Eskilstuna, Sweden | Contract | Client-Side
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong electrical background to lead a data centre project in Eskilstuna, Sweden. This is a contract-based, client-side role, ideal for candidates who are hands-on and capable of managing works across CSA, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, with an emphasis on electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site-based construction management activities from start to finish
- Oversee electrical installation works and coordinate with CSA and mechanical packages
- Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications
- Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards on-site
- Liaise with project stakeholders and report on progress, risks, and issues
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction management
- Strong electrical engineering focus
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Swedish construction regulations and standards
- Fluent in English; Swedish language skills an advantage
- Must have the right to work in Sweden (EU/EEA passport holders preferred)
