We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects across 7 European countries, representing over 430 MW of IT load currently in delivery.

We are pleased to announce that we are seeking an Electrical Commissioning Engineer to join our expanding team in Helsinki, Finland.

Requirements

  • Supervise commissioning-related activities for all electrical vendors.

  • Ensure full compliance with agreed scopes of work.

  • Monitor and track delivery against commissioning scope.

  • Communicate commissioning deadlines and programme milestones clearly.

  • Supervise and report on commissioning programme progress and critical dates.

  • Supervise and, where required, attend Electrical Vendor FATs and FWTs.

  • Demonstrated experience working with UPS systems, switchgear, generators, MV systems, and BMS controls.

  • Organise, attend, and actively contribute to daily and weekly commissioning meetings with internal teams and vendors.

  • Prepare and update weekly commissioning vendor progress reports for submission to commissioning management.

  • Coordinate with the Project QA/QC department to achieve shared objectives.

  • Coordinate with the Project Authorised Person (AP) team to achieve shared objectives.

  • Track, review, and obtain approval for project electrical commissioning documentation, including test scripts and compliance statements.

  • Witness all vendor commissioning activities in accordance with approved project documentation.

  • Track receipt, review, and compliance of commissioning documentation to achieve required commissioning sign-off levels.

  • Carry out commissioning tagging processes and procedures.

  • Manage day-to-day on-site electrical commissioning operations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or an Electrical Trade with appropriate training and experience (e.g. NVQ or equivalent).

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within a construction environment; experience across commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects is desirable.

  • Experience commissioning LV, MV, or HV electrical systems.

  • Electrical testing and verification experience, minimum of 3 years.

  • Strong construction knowledge with a clear understanding of site safety requirements.

  • Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to act decisively.

  • Process-driven approach with a strong focus on EHS and Quality Management Systems.

Appointed Person – Helsinki

We are pleased to announce that we are seeking an Authorised Person to join our expanding team in Helsinki, Finland.

Requirements

  • Engage from early project stages with the Site Management team to implement the agreed Electrical Safe Systems of Work procedures under the instruction of the Lead Appointed Person.

  • Ensure all workplace personnel are aware of and comply with Electrical Safe Systems of Work.

  • Issue and control permits for all energised working activities within the scope of work.

  • Review and fully understand project specifications and drawings, extracting project-specific requirements.

  • Follow strict operational procedures and adhere to High Voltage safety rules.

  • Interpret basic electrical protection under fault conditions.

  • Complete safety documentation and lock-out/tag-out procedures and philosophies.

  • Review switchgear distribution topology and control systems prior to start-up.

  • Support and liaise with specialist Testing & Commissioning contractors to conduct early reviews and agree commissioning sequences and test scripts.

  • Liaise with control system providers (SCADA / BMS / EMS, etc.) during system development and handover under permit control schedules and protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Relevant third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or an Electrical Trade with relevant training and experience.

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within an electrical contracting environment, with exposure to commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects.

  • Experience working on MV/HV systems, including Authorised Person or Appointed Person roles.

  • Preferably qualified to Level S1 (any voltage) or S2 (up to 1000V).

  • Electrical testing and verification experience, minimum 3 years.

  • HV switching authorisations.

Health & Safety Manager – Eskilstuna

Role Overview

The Health & Safety Manager will oversee all on-site Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities for a large data centre construction project, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements and project-specific safety plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the project complies with all relevant EHS legislation, standards, and internal safety management systems.

  • Develop construction stage plans and support the creation of method statements, risk assessments, safe plans of action, and permits to work.

  • Produce H&S reports, analyse safety metrics, and keep senior management informed of progress.

  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections, record findings, and follow up on corrective actions.

  • Oversee COSHH assessments and the control of hazardous substances.

  • Lead site safety interventions and maintain accurate documentation and statutory inspection records.

  • Monitor and ensure subcontractor compliance with EHS policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate site induction and training programmes.

  • Ensure appropriate PPE is available and maintained.

Requirements

EHS Officer – Stockholm,Sweden

Role Overview

The EHS Officer will support the implementation and day-to-day management of Environment, Health & Safety activities on a high-risk data center project in Stockholm. Working under the direction of the Senior EHS Advisor / EHS Lead, the role ensures compliance with legal requirements, client standards, and project EHS procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the project EHS management system

  • Ensure compliance with Swedish EHS legislation, EU directives, client requirements, and company policies

  • Conduct daily site inspections, safety observations, and audits

  • Review risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and permits to work

  • Monitor contractor EHS performance and report non-conformances

  • Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions

  • Deliver EHS inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings

The role focuses on ensuring best-in-class EHS performance, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk management across all site activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise project management and site teams on EHS compliance, standards, and best practices
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the project EHS management system
  • Ensure compliance with Finnish EHS legislation, EU directives, client requirements, and company policies
