Position Summary:

An experienced Electrical Site Manager is required to lead on-site delivery of high-voltage engineering projects in Co. Cork. The successful candidate will manage all site-based activities from mobilisation through to commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading site setup, planning, and coordination
  • Supervising subcontractors and workforce productivity
  • Managing safety protocols, toolbox talks, and audits
  • Overseeing QA/QC processes and snag-free installations
  • Ensuring efficient project close-out and client handover
  • Maintaining daily site diaries, progress updates, and reports

Requirements:

  • Recognised electrical trade qualification or apprenticeship
  • 5+ years’ site management experience on electrical projects over €5m
  • Strong high-voltage experience essential
  • IOSH/NEBOSH certifications preferred
  • Proficient with project planning tools and MS Office
  • PICW Level A advantageous
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
