Role Overview
The company is seeking a versatile Quantity Surveyor to support high-end residential projects and contribute to the continued growth of its development arm. The role involves a blend of commercial management, project involvement, and general operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Cost Management
- Prepare and review project costs, budgets, and tender information.
- Manage valuations, variations, claims, and ongoing cost reporting.
- Support procurement, purchasing, and maintaining accurate pricing and cost records.
Project Support
- Work with site teams to assist in the day-to-day management of live projects.
- Attend site meetings and provide commercial and contractual input throughout delivery.
- Ensure alignment between cost, programme, and project quality targets.
Operational & Business Support
- Assist with the general running of the office and operational systems.
- Contribute to feasibility assessments and commercial input for development projects.
- Support business improvement initiatives and help strengthen internal processes.
Candidate Profile
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in high-end residential construction.
- Strong commercial awareness, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across both site and office environments with multiple ongoing projects.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a growing business.
