Role Purpose
Support multi-disciplinary project delivery by leading planning, scheduling, and control activities. Provide clear reporting to enable effective decision-making and escalate risks promptly.
Key Responsibilities

Provide planning support to the Project Manager and mentor junior planners.

Review contract requirements and develop detailed construction schedules from high-level targets and WBS inputs.

Labour-load schedules, prepare trackers, reporting templates, and integrated project schedules.

Track weekly progress, validate performance with the commercial team, and issue progress reports.

Lead look-ahead meetings and highlight risks, delays, or pinch points.

Coordinate with main contractors to agree build schedules and support schedule negotiations.

Ensure schedules align with budgets and produce S-curves, phasing plans, and methodology visuals.

Maintain and revise schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
-
Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or strong technical trades background.

5+ years’ experience developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules.

Proficient in MS Project, P6 (or equivalent), and MS Office.

Strong reporting, organisation, and time-management skills.
